+ No one was expecting a twins as their first borns, but the doctors didn't lie and the pictures were there to prove the existance of two heads comfortably sharing a space. Hyunjoo was the first to be born by couple minutes, Dongmin following quickly afterwards just as healthy as his sister. Growing up, no one even stopped to think that Dongmin was the younger of the two; he was just louder, taller, and more adventurous than his sister who seemed to be the complete opposite. And he never really corrected anyone who assumed that he was the older one. Why would he when it fed into his ego?
+ His parents were old fashioned and conservative. They believed that their children should study hard to go down the typical path to becoming lawyers and doctors who could "significantly contribute to the society with needed skills." Dongmin never went against his parents every time they brought it up, but at the same time, he never really agreed with it either. He studied hard in their presence to receive good grades to please them, eventually getting into one of the most prestigous universities in the country. With that, his parents somewhat stopped breathing over his neck and gave him some well deserved space.
+ Upon entering his university life, his reckless tendencies that he put up behind the scenes began to surface more and more into his daily life. What he had to hide from his parents were no longer the issue - he was free to do what he wanted without getting yelled at. Hence, the world was his oyster. He got wasted with the older kids, got high for the first time that caused him to wake up in an unknown environment with a girl on the same bed. This was his scene, something he fantasized on doing for as long as he could remember.
+ While playing tennis wasn't something he picked on his own, it was one of the few things that he found himself enjoying. It could have been because his sister was his tennis partner, he really didn't know, but the interest was there that he joined the sports team in the university as well. He also kept up with his skateboarding tendencies that only added bruises and cuts to his already existing ones, but they were his battle scars, his trophies so to speak.
+ Despite his parents constant push, Dongmin didn't declare his major when he was accepted. He took up on the pre-med track to appease them, but he didn't know what he wanted to do with himself in the future. Every time he went back home, his parents would constantly attack him with questions that he politely dodged - when he figured out what he wanted to do, he was going to fight for it then.
+ He enrolled into unversity knowing 100% that he was going to pledge into a fraternity. He didn't exactly know what they did, but in movies, the boys in frats always seemed to be getting all the girls and getting drunk everyday, which was exactly what he wanted to do. Hence, he decied to pledge into Delta Tau Delta while his sister decided on his fraternity's sister sorority, Sigma Kappa.
